Heart Strings was founded by Courtney Crandall. She was inspired by her pregnancy losses and was looking for a way to honor her babies’ memories. When she was pregnant Courtney did not make any blankets for her babies’ before they passed, and she regretted it. In order to honor her babies’ memories, Courtney decided to start donating blankets to children’s hospitals. All the blankets and other handmade items are donated to her local Shriners Children’s Hospital.
